Hey guys
I am sure a lot of people enjoy coffee.
Coffee is one of my favourite drinks,
but what coffee can we drink at summer?!?
When it's kinda hot (and it's not good idea to drink something hot in hot weather)
a great solution is Frappe!
Frappe is a coffee mixed with ice and other delicious things =3
I decided to share some recipes of different kinds of frappes
Here they are -

Caramel Cappuccino Frappe ( my favourite =D )

Serves: 2 medium servings

Place ingredients in blender compartment in order listed:
  • 2 cups crescent-shaped ice cubes (14 to 17 each)
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch-caramel dessert topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whole or other milk

Prepare coffee using amounts below:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons ground espresso or other dark roast coffee



Chocolate Caramel Swirl Frappe

Serves: 2 medium servings

Place ingredients in blender compartment order listed: i
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch-caramel dessert topping
  • 2 cups crescent-shaped ice cubes (14 to 17 each)
  • 3 tablespoons hot fudge topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whole or other milk

Prepare coffee using amounts below:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons ground espresso or other dark roast coffee


Classic Mocha Frappe

Serves: 2 medium servings

Place ingredients in blender compartment in order listed:
  • 2 cups crescent-shaped ice cubes (14 to 17 each)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons hot fudge dessert topping
  • 1/4 cup whole or other milk

Prepare coffee using amounts below:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons ground espresso or other dark roast coffee
COOKING NEWS-

The first batch of buckwheat from China is expected to Ukraine this week. Told Anatoly Rozgon, Director, Department of Agricultural Market of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and food during the program “In Touch with Government” at the First National Channel.

“The Chinese buckwheat, about which so much talk on the way. We expect that by the end of this week the first batch of buckwheat will be. If we consider the distance of such delivery, the port of Odessa, it will cost 14 UAH per kilogram. I want to emphasize that this Buckwheat is fully consistent with Ukrainian standards of quality. To avoid speculations on this subject, will only add that the same buckwheat from China used to make baby food in Europe “, – emphasized A. Rozgon.

He also said that today’s certified warehouses in Ukraine is over 38 thousand tons of buckwheat. “That’s enough to supply the population until the next harvest,” – said A. Rozgon.
According to him, the situation with buckwheat from economic moved more in the emotional plane. “Syndrome” reserves “at the same time stimulates the market and product prices. Therefore, people themselves are punished,” – he added.

Finally I have some time to post recipes on my blog...
As Summer is coming it becomes a little bit warmer each day
so I decided to share with you guys a nice Recipe of one Awesome cooling drink
Cranberry Apple Crush! =D

ingredients

  • 5 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 5 cups cranberry juice
  • 1-1/2 cups guava juice or mango nectar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Honey (optional)
  • Kumquats (optional)
  • Lime slices (optional)

directions

1. In a 4-quart Dutch oven combine apple cider, cranberry juice, guava juice, lime juice, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, sweeten to taste with honey.

2. To serve, pour into mugs. If desired, garnish with lime slices and kumquats. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
